"The room smelled like mildew really bad. It had carpet in room near the windows with a lot on condensation and humidity. Room was very outdated. Handle fell off the kitchen sink when I tried to use it. "

"This hotel was awful. Very outdated, Nothing worked, outside was dirty, The minie fridge did not work, cofee pot did not work, toilet seat moved, bathroom door knob broken, the view was awful we asked for belcony and they gave us a room without a belcony. The staf was not helpful all i heard is complain from the front desk women. Will never stay at that awful hotel. "

"Yes we had a beach view. The room was tired and not really of a 4 star standard. Any repairs were poor and messy. The furniture was old and messy. Not really impressed to be honest"

"The view is fantastic. The room is outdated. No way to cast from phone to tv for the kids. Very limited plugs for a family to charge devices. Hot tub was luke warm. AC didnt really work but since they only have layers of sheets and not blankets, it seemed appropriate. Clerk who checked me in was not very friendly and became obviously annoyed when I stated I was traveling with a service animal as my reservation also stated. Pool towels were not available and had to be gotten from the front desk each time. The best thing about it is the balcony view. "

"Right on the Ocean with pool! Fallon at front desk was exceptionally helpfull and provided outstanding service! Lobby area has 3 times the lounge and relaxation area than most hotels. Great place to meet with both a sit down restaurant and Bar. Staff clearly takes pride in this property! I hate paying for parking but $10 a night was reasonable."
