"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. "I’ve stay for a second week in a row at this magnificent place with my family. Cinthia at the front desk was very accommodating, and she even was able to upgrade our room, to a main floor suite, since we we carrying lots of luggage this time, and it was better than use the stairs.
