"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning...

"This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system."

"L'htl è 1 chicca nel cuore di S.Marco.....è proprio una autentica boutique, con adiacente la bellissima chiesetta e a 2 passi dal porto. Parcheggio comodissimo a circa 150 mt al costo di 15 € al giorno . Camera non troppo grande (Suite), ma con un bagno bellissimo dotata di un phon spaziale tipo Dyson e di ogni amientes utile al momento. Terrazza con idromassaggio a dir poco meravigliosa. Barbara ed il suo vespino anni 80 direi number one. Sembra essere dotata come il dono dell'ubicazione.....è...

"Wir haben bedauert, nicht einen Tag länger geblieben zu sein. Der Weg zu den Tempel ist nicht lang und somit ist der Standort günstig. Schräg gegenüber ist eine Bar mit netten Bedienungen, falls man das Frühstück nicht selber machen möchte."

"Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza. "La stanza era una mansarsa bassa, senza bagno in camera e per accederci bisognava attraversare lo spazio comune con la possibilità d'incotrare altre persone. La colazione consisteva in un cornetto confezionato, il caffè buono come purga! Bello il panorama dal terazzo comune con vista mare!"
