About this property

Town home on the water

  • 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs 1/2 bath downstairs. Full kitchen, laundry room outside, access to the pool, and water with 2 shared boat slips **the 2 slips are shared between 6 other condos and are first come first serve** Walking distance to Hurricane Junction (bar/restaurant), around the corner from the fishing center and boat ramp. 1 queen in master, a bunk bed with twin on top and full mattress on bottom in second bedroom, couch pulls out to sleep 2 with extra bedding provided. Bring the family/friends, and food all others are provided. Satellite TV by Dish Network with hopper and joey’s in both bedrooms and living room. Upstairs and downstairs balconies. Recently installed new upstairs refrigerator, washer/dryer upgrades, and brand new central air and heat. WE HAVE WIFI!
