"I have been at better all-inclusive resorts than Riu Ocho Rios. They advertise 24/7 all inclusive resort. That is false advertising, no room service. There are very few employees that are pleasant with customers at the restaurants. When I checked in I asked if the two rooms were had conjoining doors ..."
