Waterfront 1BR 2 bed in Long Island Village; Watch for Dolphin from the deck!
- Watch for dolphins and birds from the deck or just relax in this remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage with sofa sleeper that can accommodate four people. Walk-in shower, granite countertops throughout. With beautiful views of the inter-coastal and right next to the boat-ramp of Long Island Village. Has its own private boat dock so it is perfect for a fishing getaway. If you have a fishing boat, you can be on the Laguna Madre bay within minutes. There is a fish cleaning station on the property. You can usually see Dolphins feed on the intercoastal by the bridge in the afternoons around 5-7pm. Wristbands must be worn in pool area, gym, golf course.
