Family friendly villa newly furnished and remodeled. Has 2 queen size beds and a 2 XL twin. This Villa is fully furnished with Wi-Fi throughout the house, cable in the living room a Smart Roku TV and in the master bedroom has a Smart Roku tv. It has reverse osmosis and a garage with a code. It has an enclosed screened in patio with outside furniture and a gas grill . Guest have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding,and wild life preserve .
