The Chill Shell Casita- 3 DD

  • Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Casita at the South Padre Island Golf Course. This Casita is a 2 bedroom ,2 bath with 1 car garage with 990 sq. ft duplex style unit . It has a patio screened deck with tiled porch and outside furniture and a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Casita includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

    This Casita has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a 40" flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa for group gathering or to seat around and watch family movies.
    The master bedroom has a Queen bed with24" TV (Direct TV) for nighttime viewing. and comes with a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway

    The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.
