We are only 13 miles to South Padre Island beaches. Close to all area attractions & restaurants. Enjoy our peaceful community while sleeping on comfortable King size bed in bedroom & comfortable 6" thick fold up queen mattress w/all Linens in office area/ 2nd bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We have a filtered water system at the sink & refrigerator for fresh drinking & ice. Great WIFI.
