Channel Views with water access is ideal in this fabulous Resort Communities with Golf Coarse, Library, on site Restaurant, Pools and many awesome activities scheduled throughout the day. Please note there is a $90 resort fee associated with the reservation, if not included it will be collected at Welcome Center.

Great place! BUT ...the fees.

It was a really great place to stay for a last minute stay! Very small but super cute and clean! Enough space for two people. The only thing you've gotta watch out for is the fees.. I had to pay an extra $100+ that wasnt included on the listing or anywhere on my confirmation email. It was after I booked the nonrefundable listing that I noticed an extra charge on my bank statement. i was notified of another fee a day before check in.
