About this property
Brand New Waterfront Cottage Fishing/Boat Lift/Resort
- Nestled in the channels of Long Island Village, this beautiful waterfront cottage awaits. Accommodating guests is effortless in this spacious property with a kitchen made for entertaining, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms., plus two sofa beds. Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves.
There is an additional $90 fee (full stay) from the resort to check-in. The resort allows up to 8 people for each home and two cars. When you get there you will need to pay the $90 dollars (only one fee for the total stay) and you will get wristbands so you can use the pools, jacuzzi, and other fun stuff. Golf course cost is not included but it is very cheap to play golf there.
