Long Island Village Resort is located in Port Isabel tons of amenities including golf coarse, fishing, tennis, shuffle board, scheduled activities, indoor and out door pool and gym (Just to name a few)!

No indoor smoking, no unattended children, and children must be with adults at all times. Children must not be left alone in the personal jacuzzi, pools, boats docks at any time!

Easy access to South Padre Island

Overall we had a nice trip. Location was good, close to food, shopping, and South Padre beaches. Home is very small for 3 adults and 1 dog. Beds were not so comfy but hot tub was a nice added bonus.

Nice mobile home

When we arrived I was able to talk to the property manager right away and we were able to check in earlier then 4 o’clock listing which was very nice,the place for the most part was clean, it was very quiet location which was also nice, there is a huge amenities there which is a plus,very short distance to SPI which is really really good,the BBQ Pit there however is on the smaller side, I would recommend the owners to update the picture as some items in the pictures are no longer there.. like the 2 bar stools, etc, it states that up to 4 people can stay there but only 2 chairs for the dining room where available. Cons: the hot tub there was dirty it was full of sand so we didn’t bother using it which was a huge disappointment as that was a major turning point why we also picked this cottage, next when we arrived we had no tv or internet, the property manager had us to a few things to it and also had us take pictures to send it to her.. she informed us that we would be without internet or tv until the following day around 5 pm which is a huge problem as we had 2 teens that use there phones and it would have been nice to be able to relax and watch tv abit a night after returning to the cottage, next they have a huge ant problem and when I reached out to the property manager she states that they have a company that come out every 2 weeks and told us she recommended us not to leave anything on the counters and to put everything in the fridge. Not a good thing to say.

Very comfy and close to everything!

I love everything about this place. The setting in this Resort is just beautiful and you can see everything for miles. As you walk down through this canals and channels everybody has boats here and there and you can see the huge Rockets over there way way over there by SpaceX and then if you look the other direction you can see the big Sky Rises at South Padre Island. This property has its own washer and dryer full size oven and fridge, beautiful big giant porch and a Jacuzzi. Really nice people. Wonderful amenities. So don't be afraid when you have to pay the $90 Resort fee. Did you take advantage of it you do get a lot for your money. The outdoor pool is humongous and just beautiful and they do have an indoor pool for laps and I think I counted three hot tubs / Jacuzzis and they have a wonderful gym and a whole room dedicated to cardio equipment and they've got the golf course and Putt Putt Golf and Tennis Courts and a basketball court. I'm only sad I didn't get to play any tennis. But I did get lots of walks with my dog around the property there's just so many places to go. At the End of the Street there is an area with a gazebo and some benches that you can sit and hang out and it's a nice little walk to take your dog or you're not peeing on anybody's grass! The dog that is! LOL Yvonne is a wonderful host. The check-in process was quick and easy. Plenty of towels and a really comfortable bed. TVs in both the bedroom and the living room was pretty nice. Some vrbo's only have a TV in the living area I love the ceiling fans because they keep it a lot cooler in there then just having the freezing cold air from the AC blasting. She has a great collection of pots and pans that you can make yourself a really nice dinner. Everything is close by grocery store Walmart everything you could possibly need you could ride your bicycle. I believe the resort even has its own Grill or cafe? I didn't get a chance to check that out but I did walk all over the property and there's huge Recreation rooms that I think I seen people in there playing cards and in the evening when I was taking a stroll I could see that there was a lot of people gathered at the pro shop. So whether you want to hang out by yourself at the Gazebo or go join in the fun, there is a little map and calendar that talks about all the different things going on. I think they I even saw a sign that said they have bingo.

Must relaxing stay with so many options of amenities

It was the perfect place for my little family. There was just enough space and there was everything we needed during our stay. I didn't have to pack anything but my clothes and bathing suits even though we were there for a week we had everything we needed and more. The jacuzzi was so relaxing and I really like how easy it was to use. At night when I got time to do me I really enjoyed going out on the beautiful deck and turning on the awesome lights and relaxing to the bubbles. Also every morning and every evening I also enjoyed walking around the property. You can see the most amazing views of the port Aransas bridge and the city. It is right on the ocean and you can literally walk out of the deck which by the way has very comfortable outdoor furniture and walk right to the edges of the ocean. The next best part of the property is the amenities. There is an indoor heated pool, there is mini put put golf, actual 18 hole golf course, shuffle board, outdoor pools with waterfall type fountain, it is an amazing place to go get away. Even though the beach is maybe two minutes away I honestly spent more time on the property enjoying my own personal jacuzzi. There is 24 hour security that makes it's rounds which made me feel safe and the people in the office were very friendly. The owner of the property was extremely flexible with my check out time which I really appreciated. It was also very evident that they kept up with the property. Even the jacuzzi company come out to maintenance and clean it while we were there. I would live there for good if I could, but seeing as I can't I would like for everyone else to see what an amazing place this is. Five Stars!
