You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Large family getaway

Great family getaway house. 4 bedrooms, 2 under main roof and 2 with ensuite off back patio. Bedding configurations are 1x QB (under main roof), 2x SB (under main roof), 1x QB with ensuite (off patio), 1x single bunk (sleeps 2) and 1x SB (off back patio). There is also a sofa bed (double) available in the dining area.
Linen is provided (no additional charge).
This includes all bedding and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

Wifi is also included

There is one bathroom under the main roof, and two ensuite bathrooms in the bedrooms off the patio.
The main kitchen has cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
If required, highchair, booster seat, portacot, and bed rails are available.
There is a variety of toys, games, books available.
Indoor and outdoor TV and DVD, plus video game consoles.
There is a large undercover outdoor area, enclosable with blinds. Outdoor dining setting seats 9. Fully fenced spa area.
Approximately a 5-10 min walk to South Beach.

We do not allow parties. Should we receive notification that you are having a party, this will result in loss of security deposit. If you wish to have people over, please let us know.

We also have a no pet policy. Should we receive notification or find evidence of pets, this will result in loss of security deposit.

The property is fantastic. My two girls loved the idea of having thier own bathroom. Plenty of space and so much to entertain the kids with. The owners were fantastic to deal with and so supportive when we had to extend due to a family funeral. Thanks a bunch would definitely stay again

Wonderful house to stay in

The house is excellent with plenty of room for a large family or for two families to share. Lots of indoor activities for a range of children's ages and very close to the beach for outdoor fun. Checking in and out was incredibly easy and the owners were very helpful in their communications. We had a wonderful time.

Great family house

Only reason I wouldn’t give a 5 star review for check in is we had neighborhood watch rock up and they were about to call the police as we had to look for the key in a lock box down the side of the house, would also be nicer if the meter box and gas and everything was arranged to be turned on prior to our arrival But an awesome house very well laid out and thoroughly enjoyed our stay
