I cant believe you have to pay to use the Spa facilties at a Spa Hotel NOT STATED ON HOTELS.COM Also no kettle in room, cracked floor tiles in bathroom (Junior Suite as well) and having work done the work men started at 7:50 REALLY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

Lovely toiletries. Great breakfast but not enough tables for all the guests when i went. Hotel is like luxury student accomodation. Not really my vibe but an interesting place to stay a couple of nights.
