"A well appointed property ideal for two people. The location in Port Saint Mary is very pretty and is ideal for exploring the coast on foot or by car. The local Coop has everything needed for self catering and there is a fish and chip shop (excellent and you can eat in), pizzeria and chinese take away (also good). The Manx steam railway stops at Port Saint Mary and the station is about 1 km from the property. Although High Street is restricted parking we had no problem parking on the Underway...

"Wonderful in-city location, walkable to shops, pubs, electric train, and other transport. Home was well appointed, fantastic ‘user notebook’ informative for all features of the home. Parking was tight but managers gave easy alternatives. Highly recommend for a stay."

"Would recommend a stay here, a cute little place in the centre of the town. Only real downside is because of that you can’t easily drive very near to park a car, but that was fine for us."

"We loved our stay! The house was perfect for us given it had an accessible layout on the ground floor. Everything was clean and spacious and all in working order. The gym and hot tub area was a real bonus too. We could hear the people next door v clearly through the adjoining doors but as everything else was ace, it didn’t seem to impact us negatively. We’ll definitely re book!"

"Amazing views and great location. Lovely kitchen and dining room. Did not use the living room as found it dark and uncomfortable. Used the back door once and needed several attempts to lock it again. Disappointed that there has been several comments about this bit nothing has been done. Plenty of hot water but the shower a bit off putting with all the mould on the tiles. "Eary cushlin was a perfect place to reconnect with close family. I used to live on the island through my teens and visited my grandparents since I was born. Would recommend the Empress.
"Had room 406 on the top floor with a sea view and plenty of space. Reasonably quite room with minimal noise from vehicles in the street. Good views out to sea. The floor slightly slopes in parts. Breakfast was included and provided a good range of food. At times it was very busy and there were the occasional short delays whilst items were re-stocked. We ate dinner in the Braserie 3 times and it was good quality. Would recommend the Empress."
