Thanks Iain glad you enjoyed your stay and we continue to improve house as we have over the last few years but recently with new oven and TV in last 3 weeks and new back fence and gate this week.

Thanks for your review and sorry your experience on arrival and on weekend was not ideal as some local tradies and cleaner have let me down. Regards entering house and keys the carpet/couch cleaner that was in that week had not locked up house correctly after cleaning couches and carpets plus our gardener is actually already coming out later this week for general tidy up. Also last week we installed a new oven and TV and sorry the old oven had been left behind in back yard and not collected as agreed which would not have been a good look. I welcome feedback and based on this and our general upgrade of house over last 18 months we also are getting a new back screen doors, back pergola upgrade, new back fence and entry gate all to be completed last week of March.( plus kitchen update and built ins in main bedroom ASAP) Our current rating is 4.5/5 over last few years and we will continue to strive to maintain and build on that for our guests. HI Katrina and thanks for your feedback and response and although disappointed to hear about your experience I am happy to discuss further but their our some items I wish to clarify. 1. Photos on website are exactly as house presents and shown 2. Have spent just over $10k in last 12-18 months on new bathroom, new bed in main room, New floor boards, new dishwasher and 1 new couch to improve house and I thank guests for their support over last few years. PLUS spending some more money prior to xmas rush on new oven, kitchen upgrade and new bunks in 3rd bedroom 3. Not aware of smell coming from wardrobe and have had back to back booking for last 7 weeks with cleaner going in and no reference to this BUT will investigate asap. 4. Fan was fixed this week but hard to get tradies currently so has been delayed few weeks. I always have regular contact with guests leading up to and during there stay and welcome a call or email to address any issues and my current rating of 4.5 out of 5 generally has been consistent based on guest experiences over the last 4-5 years. I have many regulars that rebook few times a year as house great value for money for the location and age of property. Thanks Scott

HI Jocelyn and thanks for your feedback and had regular contact with you via phone , text and email so sorry missed your contact regards this. I advised the day of booking that linen and cleaning was extra and I do it this way to save guests money on extra booking/service fees. I am always open to look at ways of doing this better but seems to work for majority of guests as all bookings have a cleaning fee no matter where you book Thanks Scott
