A great place to stay and relax, fun times with the Animation crew! They hosted activies that left you feeling happy!! The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the food was exceptional, allowing you to experience Tunisian cuisine. The reception staff were extremely accomodating and super nice 😍 Bar staff were great and a first for me, they actually mixed cocktails. House keeping were very good, making your room clean and supplies for your room replenished. Security at the gate and around the hotel was great, however Tunisia is an very safe place for visitors.

This property is over priced and gave me back ally pay by the hour hotel vibes. Front desk rude and not accommodating. I reserved a room with garden view I was given a view of the lower rooftop and street where I listened to cars and loud music all night. The pictures posted online are fake this is not how the rooms actually look and the bed sheet had cigarette stains. I have to have tech come to room to fix broken things. I requested new room and they refused. The bathroom had no toiletries. Just a cheap bar of soap. I will never return to this place and I do not recommend!!!!!!

Hôtel correct mais salle de sport à revoir complètement, attitude limite correcte de certains employés, les soins du SPA, hors balneo, ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur et personnel pas suffisamment qualifié en accueil et en soins Personnel restauration à l’écoute et très serviable ainsi que les femmes de chambres Impensable de passer la tondeuse à 14h près des clients qui doivent sortir eux-mêmes, leurs transats du gazon !!!!!! Abords de la piscine trop bruyants et clients très indisciplinés ( réservation des transats dès 8h du matin sans y être et radio allumée de certains clients créant une grande nuisance !!

Service et accueil lamentable

Tout bonnement une catastrophe ! Tout a commencé pas l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le garde nous accueille, et commence rapidement à nous poser des questions qui n’ont rien à voir avec notre séjour. Une fois l’entrée de la grille dépassé, c’est au tour des agents de sécurité de continuité la débâcle. Nous nous stationnons en face de l’entrée principal afin de décharger la voiture de nos bagage. A peine le temps de sortir de la voiture, deux agents de sécurité se sont rué sur nous. «  non non non vous pouvez ps rester, il faut bouger, vous avez pas le droit de vous garer ici » sauf que le parking de l’hôtel est complet et que nous avons nul par d’autre où aller. Une fois la voiture déplacé et très mal garé, ils nous ont demandé d’aller nous enregistrer. S’enregistrer a la réception ? Non bien trop simple. Il nous a été demandé de traverser tout l’hôtel pour nous enregistrer. Enfin Arrivé à la zone d’enregistrement, on nous s’explique que notre réservation est inexistante. On leur explique que le garde a l’entrée nous a trouver. Rien n’y fait, on nous demande de retourner à la réception. Après 10 min d’attente, le réceptionniste nous donne enfin les clefs. Nous décidons de nous calmer, bien qu’excéde par tant d’amateurisme et de manque de respect. C’était son compter le reste du séjour, nourriture infâme, pas de verre sur les table pour pouvoir boire de l’eau, aucune réponse des serveuses quand nous leurs avions simplement demandé des couverts pour nous restaurer. A BANNIR VRAIMENT !

Pour un séjour agréable à Sousse

Bel hôtel avec deux piscines extérieures agréables et une piscine intérieure à l'eau de mer. L'accès à la plage n'est pas direct puisqu'il faut marcher 4 minutes avant d'atteindre la zone des parasols. Nourriture variée et de bonne qualité. Animation sympa et qui se laisse voir. Le seul inconvénient est que le parking se remplit et qu'on est parfois amenés à garer la voiture à l'extérieur.

The hotel is very tiring, the carpets located on the first and second floor are dirty, and old and need to be replaced. The hotel is not located in the beach. The beach is around 200 m walk and is not easily accessed by special need people. The cats and their babies are all over the place, in the restaurant area. Birds are also around inside the restaurant. The food is OK but not too many kitchen utensils tongs are not available, so some people take food by hand (cross contamination). The fish is not fillet so you must be careful of fish spines in the throats. Fish are cooked with heads. Most of the meat is not deboned and not easy to cut. Some cleaning staff may ask for money while cleaning the toilets The animation team is poor and no innovation at all. all shows have been repetitive for more than 10 years now despite the team members are different. No instruction on how to use the hotel facilities, Safety box etc. I will not come again.

Amazing stay

Amazing beautifully presented hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for us we were treated like royalty. Plenty of luxuries and I've never seen a hotel as. Clean as this. Only downside us lack of pool changing rooms. But we will be returning most deffinately at some point.

Les prestations au SPA de très bonne qualité et dues à un personnel qualifié; c'est le + de cet hôtel "familial" qui mériterait un grand rafraîchissement

Hotel molto tradizionale

Hotel buono in relazione al fatto che in Tunisia il livello generale degli hotel è quasi sempre basso. L’atmosfera che si respira è quella tradizionale araba... clientela, arredo, stile... ti fanno facilmente immergere nella loro cultura.

Litterie inconfortable: pas de sommier matelas trop epu épais. Les eaux usées de l'hotel et les égouts de la ville se déversent sur la Plage. Je comprends que pour les égouts, ce n'est pas la responsabvilité de l'hotel, mais c'est vraiment génant pour les clients. Le personnel est res aimable et le restaurant est bien.

Nous passons un très bon séjour dans cet établissement. juste l'inconvénient de la connexion payante dans les chambres, (mais gratuite dans les parties communes) d'où l'affluence autour de la réception. le personnel est agréable, les chambres et le reste de l'hôtel sont corrects..
