Nothing I like about this property it took.me about an hour to get in to my room with my family and they put me first on a wrong room then the switch me to a dirty one. Horrible.experience.

Great value

Hotel was recovering after I presume a long closer so at £16 half board, represented good value. The big downside was that there was only WiFi in the reception area and not the hotel. They did move me to a room close to reception so I could get a signal but really should have WiFi in the rooms. Food wasn't incredible but can't complain for the price. Lack of plug sockets.

L'hotel est affiché 4 etoiles alors qu'en realité cest un trois etoiles, nous avons payé le prix dun quatre etoiles de luxe pour pouvoir manger a lhotel mais nous navons jamais mangé la bas à cause que la nourriture était pourrie. La chambre était sale, vieille et il yy avait enormement de fourmies et d'insectes d'umidité. Le meuble et les matelas sentait l'humidité. Je déconseille fortement. Merci

c'est un hotel bien,chambre neuf,literie propre,resto au choix et equipe accueillente, avec une bonne animation le point negative c'est les 300 metres vers la plage et la proximite de la plage reserver a l'hotel de la plage public.

très déçue - un bel hôtel, mais beaucoup de choses laissent à désirer ! personnel non organisé au restaurant - nourriture pas fort variée - propreté en général laisse à désirer également, enfin bref, mauvaise expérience de vacances ! Je me demande même comment ça se fait qu'il a autant d'étoiles ! on ne sait même pas si c'est 3 ou 4

Nous avons passé 3 jours au bord d'une belle piscine, spacieuse et très bien entretenue .. Belle ambiance générale,. cuisine correcte , variée. Personnel qui pourrait être plus souriant, très sollicitée et sous pression, mais qui sont làquand on leur pose une question. Spectacles du soir assez basic , pour enfants : amlusants ! Bref séjour à recommander !!!

das Soviva Resort ist ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, ich bin öfters in Tunesien, jedoch in der Regel privat bei Freunden. Dieses Mal brauchte ich eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe vom Flughafen Enfidha und war positiv überrascht über den guten Service dieses Hotels.
