Excellent Location and House

We had a wonderful stay at this house on the lake. It's not directly on the lake but one house off. The neighbors were so nice. We could see the fireworks great from the beach at the end of the street. The house was very clean and equipped. I was very appreciative of the games for the kids. Having laundry access was also a plus.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful 4 days in Port Clinton for a family reunion. The property was exceptional for our group which included 3 generations. The kids loved the games and toys, especially the Legos. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner was responsive to our texts and kept us informed when a pole as down in Port Clinton disrupting electrical power . I would rent here again.

Wonderful Property! Would rent again!!

We had a family party of 6 staying here for our son’s wedding! The host was wonderful, very informative and friendly and promptly responded to all inquiries!! The condo was absolutely great-very clean and well stocked with necessities! Had extras like bikes, games and books!! Can’t say enough about how pleased we were! Had a great pool area and the residents were super friendly! Only thing I could say, and no fault of property owner, was that there was no real beach to sit at and enjoy! Book it! :)

Perfect Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our adult family of four and three grandchildren. The house was decorated with an adorable “lake” theme, and the beds were so cozy. Every appliance and kitchen item were available for cooking. I appreciated all the toys, bikes, puzzles, Legos, sand buckets and shovels, beach towels, and kid videos that were so helpful for evening time. We were steps away from the residential pool and minutes away from the water park, East Harbor beach, great restaurants and an ice cream shop. Nick the owner, was quick to answer any questions I had. We will definitely be back again next year!!! 🏖️☀️🚲

Nice stay but … spiders

Overall stay was great! Many pros to this property: 1) location within walking distance to beach at Port Clinton, Lakeview Park, restaurants, downtown Port Clinton 2) plenty of space inside for our family of 5 adults and two children 3) pool was wonderful and appreciate all of the pool/beach toys 4) bikes both for adults and two smaller ones for kids 5) kitchen had good appliances and several dishes, pots pans, and utensils 6) private bathroom for each bedroom 7) comfortable beds with the two queen beds on the main floor being adjustable 8) great washer and dryer Cons: 1) several pots/skillets had loose handles and we had to screw them on better 2) some lights weren’t working 3) stairwell handle up to third floor is broken 4) pantry door in kitchen is missing screws and caused door to stick 5) but the main issue is that there were many spider webs and cobwebs over all of the deck space and exterior doors. We were unable to use the deck space especially at night because the spiders were out so much, plus we killed a few smaller ones indoors, webs are covering much of the huge windows that overlook the lake so it distracts from the view. A really good spraying for spiders and then power washing the deck and windows would be helpful. It is a nice property but could use some TLC on the inside for upkeep as wear and tear. happens.

Lake Erie House

Very nice house in Port Clinton with nice view of Lake Erie. Good central location with many 'Biggest Week in American Birding' sites within easy driving distance (15-45 minutes). Several very good restaurants in downtown area. dining establishments in Port Clinton.

The unit was very clean. Had everything we needed for the four days Plenty of parking for 2 cars AlsoHad a very nice washer and dryer that we used The outside seated 6 and made the unit seem much bigger. Pool and hot tub was a very nice touch both days and yet a long day of fishing. Hope to stay next year.

Great Port Clinton Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property for our annual trip with another couple. The kitchen had everything we could need to cook, and we found amazing breweries and restaurants nearby. Comfy couches and plenty of space for our group of 4. We would definitely stay again!
