  • Unwind in Port Charlotte at this delightful house. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the living room that opens up to outdoor living space and pool/lenai area. Enjoy the sunset from the screened front porch and the sunrise from the lanai on the water. Bring your boat or rent a boat and explore all the area has to offer from sandbars to beaches to the best fishing around or take our kayaks!
    Master suite offers full bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks 2nd bath has bathtub shower combo along with other essential amenities. Whether you're relaxing in the AC or enjoying the heated pool(extra fee) , this excellent property has everything you need for a memorable stay. Just minutes from all the best beaches, dining and shopping plus very close to Warm Mineral Springs. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. This property is a short 20 minute drive to Punta Gorda Airport.

If air is on and door is left open there will be a $200 charge. If the grill is left dirty there will be an additional $50 charge.

Great Stay!

Very nice accommodations. Beautiful house! Location also very nice. The host was very responsive. Our only disappointment was that the pool wasn't heated as listed.
