Spectacular Waterfront Home with Pool and Dock

Welcome to "Seas the Day"! This beautiful home has a sparkling heated pool and private dock with great fishing. Boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sitting on the spacious lanai. Huge 70in. TV in the living room. Large master bedroom with 58in big screen TV. 4th bedroom is a private den (no closet) with a queen size Murphy bed, desk and flat screen TV. Super fast internet. South Gulf Cove is a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, amazing beaches and shopping and lots of activities.

Another nice stay!

Property just as nice as last Spring when we stayed! Dawn was great! We were in Florida during Milton, and she kept me updated on the property, a pleasure to work with!! The home's location is great, a few minutes to shopping, and we loved the dock-spotted some small gators!

Beautiful Home

This is our third visit to this property the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The nearby grocery store and beaches are easily accessible. We love just relaxing by the pool and going down to Farlows on the water for a delicious lunch. Can’t wait to book our next getaway.

Paradise

This is our third time staying at this property, we love the quiet neighborhood it is so peaceful. The pool is beautiful it is also heated for winter months. We were able to visit Boca Grande as it is close by, we ate lunch at Keylime Bistro and had a slice of their famous Key Lime Pie! We also found a place nearby called Farlows the food and atmosphere were wonderful. If you’re thinking about renting this property you won’t be sorry the owners have the place decorated so nice and they excel in communication. Looking forward to the next time!

We were looking for a quick getaway not too far from home, this place was everything we wanted and more. From the easy check in to the cleanliness of the property and the great communication from the owners we had such an enjoyable stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and the dock is so nice. Beautiful Home

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property, it is very clean with a beautiful pool and view of the water. Love the quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It is close to everything we drove over to Boca grand for lunch on Sunday afternoon, then came back and had a nice swim in the beautiful pool. We will definitely be back to this property.

Our family had a good stay here. Initially there was some housekeeping issues and maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Hosts were receptive and attentive and problems were addressed. Pool is excellent and heated which was really helpful. Canal was fun and kids loved fishing. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Close to our favorite beach at Boca Grande. Nice large dining room table and outdoor table to eat in and out. We would stay again.

Very nice home!

"Seas the Day" is a very nice home with all the creature comforts of your own home. The kitchen is well-equipped, there was plenty of seating inside and out, the beds are super comfy and they have smart TVs to make accessing your streaming accounts super easy. We really enjoyed our stay because it felt so much like home.

Dawn and Rick, our hosts, were excellent. Arsipe Circle is a quiet street with friendly neighbors, and is close to the beaches, excellent restaurants, and shopping. Sitting on the dock by the canal was so relaxing!

Great Location

Rick and Dawn’s place is very spacious! We had a quiet place for zoom meetings which was a tremendous help! The pool was heated and clean! We used it almost everyday The home was within 45 min of Manisota and Venice beaches, and 20 min from the beaches at Boca Grande! We loved walking the neighborhood with our pup and did almost every day! The home had everything we needed and what wasn’t there, they made sure we had! The one thing we could have used were a few more dish towels,but we made due. We definitely felt at home and hopefully will come back again!

When I booked this trip my intentions was to explore the area as we are planning to build and to spend time with some great friends. I can say this place exceeded our expectations, the place was clean and sharp, the pool was a great plus for us and the amazing canal where we had a great time talking and docking our boat. Relaxing Abode

Home was beautiful and so well kept. Very clean! Gorgeous views of the pool and waterway. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. It was very central to nice towns and islands nearby to explore too. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for my extended family to lounge in the family room and for dining inside and out as well. Best and most responsive hosts to top it all off! Many thanks!!

Great Stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Rick and Dawn's home. The house was spacious enough for our party of 5 and had everything we needed on hand. Having the screened pool area on the canal was very convenient and provided great entertainment for our kids without having to leave the property. It was also a plus to have fishing equipment provided. The neighborhood was very quiet and having a grocery store and several restaurants close by was a plus. Rick and Dawn were great hosts! They promptly responded to our communications. We hope to return for another trip in the near future.

Lovely stay

We loved the house. We fished off the dock every day, and in the evening as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We loved walking the neighborhood, it was very quiet and saw lots of bunnies. We even saw a gopher tortoise at one point. I do recommend lots of bug spray this time of year if you’re going to be on the dock a lot. We all enjoyed the pool daily. Boca grande beach was nice and so was Englewood beach. There were some tiles missing at the edge of the pool at the steps but not an issue at all. The beds were very comfortable! There was plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of towels for everyone. The shower in the master bath was so great! I will say one of the top boards on the deck rail was lose, so may need to be fixed so someone doesn’t fall in the water. We kayaked the canal which we found so cool since we did see small gators which added to the greatness. The only complaint was that the floors hadn’t been mopped when we arrived and the bathroom drawers had hairs from previous people. My mother in law luckily brought toilet paper bc there weren’t two full rolls when we got there and the hand soap was all gone. The hosts have been easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I love they provided a list of their recommendations. The location was perfect and the house itself was great. We do recommend!
