House has an in ground heated pool, living room, dining room, fully furnished kitchen. Gas grill , 2 car garage, laundry room and big yard. Close to several Beaches, nice restaurants. Charlotte Sports Park , Spring baseball with the Tampa Bay Rays and a wide range of water sports, fishing etc. special note no houses with in 100 yards every way.
House is well furnished. Beach chairs cooler and umbrella for a day at the beach. Menā€™s and womenā€™s 10 speed cruising bikes, fishing poles and small tackle box . K cup coffee maker. 55ā€ Smart TVs in every bedroom and in the living room.
Message chair, blue tooth speaker for pool side music. Each bedroom is very private with the bathrooms separating the three bedrooms on one side of the house and the master and bath on the other. Very private house surrounded by my vacant lots. High chair, travel crib, sand toys , pool toys . Very quiet neighborhood.

This secluded place was our best VRBO stay so far and we have been from Maine to Hawaii. Very clean and well furnished. Enjoyed the outside pool area daily after checking out nearby areas. Its surrounded by palm and pine trees. From pool area, you could see a few roof tops but beautuful vegetation kept you very secluded. Would definitely recommend this place and will try to stay here again.

Simply Fantastic!! Take some time to read the previous reviewsā€¦ They are spot on. The house, the pool and the peaceful location literally made our stay one of the best vacations we have ever experienced. This house is wonderful. It has absolutely everything you need from going to the beach, fishing, hanging out on the lanai or floating in the pool. Communication was great and we had the best time! Highly recommend this house! In fact we canā€™t wait to book our next trip!

This place was perfect. It had everything we needed, it was clean and spacious. The outside area was great. The pool has a basketball goal and we enjoyed that. There was beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything u needed for a beach trip. I will stay here again. Great place.

A Quiet, Beautiful Resort

We had the best time. The pool was wonderful. The kids had a blast in the pool with the basketball hoop. House had everything we needed and is close to all the stores you would need. Had a lot of stuff for the beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, sand sifters, coolers and a beach wagon to haul everything. Would highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay there again. George the owner was wonderful. Josh the property manager took care of anything we needed. Thank you for making are vacation easy and relaxing

Great House In Quiet Neighborhood

The house fit all of our family and guests needs! The kitchen had everything that you could ask for, the bedrooms fit our needs and the heated pool worked perfectly for our needs. George was very prompt in getting back to us whenever we reached out. We are looking forward to renting from him again.

We had a wonderful vacation in Port Charlotte. The vacation home was the best we've ever had.The owner was always available to answer any questions or solve any problems. Thank you so much for that!The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Many shops are nearby. Our day trips to Florida were also easily accessible from Port Charlotte.The house is very spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A highlight is the large pool with an adjoining terrace, where we had breakfast and dinner every day.We would love to vacation in this vacation home again next year!

Amazing location and privacy

I canā€™t express enough how happy we were with this vacation home. Secluded yet not far from all the places we wanted to go. Beach was a 20 minute drive. Fishing pier was only a 10 minute drive. We absolutely loved the pool. Communication with the owner was great. He was very friendly and cooperative with any requests or questions we had. I highly recommend this home for a nice little getaway.

Fabulous and spacious!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in this property. There was more than enough space, we made great use of the pool and the massage chair was a hit with everyone. Some rentals have very little in the way of amenities, but this property was set up so you never ran short in anything from cooking utensils to towels. We love the area, itā€™s so ā€œunā€ touristy which is a lovely change. The entire family wants to utilize this property again. We can hardly wait until our next stay.

Beautiful Home!

The house was spacious, well equiped, clean and beautiful! The pool was clean and we spent a ton of time in it. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we took advantage of the bikes provided. The house had everything we needed and the beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys were very much appreciated. It was a 20-30 minute drive to many beautiful beaches and activities. We enjoyed parasailing and horseback riding at CPonies. I would definately stay here again!

It was really enjoying to stay. The response from the host was quick for all of my questions. The cleanness of the house was good. Kitchen appliances and utensils were clean and abundant. Nice time away with my sisters.

My sisters and i pick a place in FL within a 2-4 hours from where we all live to have a long sister weekend. Our only goal is pool time since none of us have a pool. This home had a great patio/pool area. The beach art and colors made it seem like home. Homeowner provides box fans which is needed in the back room. The beds and living area were all very comfy. Would definitely recommend. It's situated between Englewood Beach and Port Charlotte.

Beautiful place, just as pictured. George our Host was fantastic. Great Communications. House was spacious, with a Great Pool. It was located at the end of the street, so quiet but restaurants, movies, shopping very close by. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens, towels etc. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, baking dishes, you name it. We were not in need of anything. If we couldn't find anything, we texted and found it. 10 PLUS STARS!!!!! We will definitely rent again!!!!

Fantastic house near beaches

We enjoyed our stay to the max! We were a total of 5 adults and two kids (ages 8-10) and the house had everything we needed. We all fit comfortably and had access to plenty linens and towels. George (owner) is super responsive and attentive, making communication smooth and easy. He has everything you need for the beachā€¦. Umbrellas, chairs, sand toysā€¦ even fishing gear. We felt so at home and his attention makes you feel confident that if you need anything or any issues at all, heā€™s got you covered. Beaches are 15-20 min away, with so many options to choose from. The private pool is a plus, especially with kids. From all our vacations weā€™ve had in Florida, this one tops them all. Weā€™ve stayed at some luxury condos/homes in the past, but with horrible communication issues with the owner or management team. What made this stay one of our top stays was Georgeā€¦ heā€™s always responsive and very quick to respond to anything. He made our stay feel like it was our ā€œhome away from homeā€. We miss Florida already! šŸ’•
