Welcome to Cozy Channelside, a fully-renovated, completely private three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath waterfront retreat! Your home-away-from-home is centrally located: a short drive gets you to Boca Grande, Charlotte Beach Park, Don Pedro Island, or Fishermen's Village. Or enjoy a day of fishing from the dock, relaxing in the hammock, grilling in the large, fenced-in backyard, or taking a dip in the hot tub which you can enjoy rain or shine! This home has several board games and multiple smart TVs in case you want to spend a cozy, quiet night indoors. This home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, so guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation!
