Check in was convenient. Room was clean minus dirty sheets which we had to replace immediately and saw two roaches during our two night stay.

Excellent staff . The cleaning staff worked hard but I had to ask everyday for clean towels and garbage changed s. The place had a smell like a wet dog to it and several dogs were seen in the hotel . I also observed a run down van permanently parked in the parking lot . Some seedy people were also seen here man and woman you get my drift . I’d give it a 6/10. Breakfast was a granola bar ? No carpet on floors and were dirty to walk around in bare feet . Staff was super nice and the price was good . Prob won’t stay here again unless absolutely necessary. Suspected bed bugs also .

Amazing staff here especially Marissa at front desk. Laid back and went out of their way to help in anyway they could. Housekeeping staff also very good kind and accommodating. Felt safe in this area and it’s right across from a plaza with all kinds of things in it. Really liked this area and hotel

Appears recently remodeled and extremely clean, with simple decor. Extremely pleasant, helpful staff. Breakfast was minimalist; vacuum sealed hard boiled eggs, yogurt, granola bars, and a few similar items to grab & go. We would stay here again but not plan on a full breakfast.

Bare bones more for workers than vacationers. No one at counter had to holler to let them know we were checking in. I one at counter when checking out. Not particularly friendly or helpful when we checked in and got someone to wait on us. Room had few to no necessities. Had to ask for cups and a coffee pot and it did not work well. No decaf coffee or tea. Breafast very bad. Fresh oranges were tiny and looked like they had been buried. Bathroom faucet was a trickle so used the kitchen faucet. If you wanted utensils you had to ask at the desk. Very disappointed. Will never stay at this hotel chain after this first experience

Alexandra was very helpful. The place was very clean…only down side is no pool and the traffic noise outside. I will definitely consider staying there again next time I’m in town. ☺️

The overall experience was terrible. The Check in person terrible, there was a Roach in my room. They did not give us Wi-Fi information.

We drove 12 hrs got to our hotel that we had reserved for no one to answer thetefore we slept in the truck. What kind of place right of 75 don't answer after 11 it wasnt listed we couldn't check in after hrs. Couldn't get them to answer in the lobby. Locked doors phone on wall said after 11 pm press 0 for service no answer at 12 then sat in the truck and tried calling until 3am phone rang for over 6 mins still no answer. Then they had the audacity to try and charge my card that I used to reserve the room.

The woman at front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. There are great shopping, dining and entertainment options walking distance or a short drive away.

This place is terrible and I will be asking for a refund. Toilet that smells and runs constantly. Filthy carpets, smelly place. Drink dispenser that took my money. Elevator that is filthy and got stuck. How can they charge this much for one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

A nice place at a fair price. Vending machines could use restocking more often and some neghbors forget they're sharing the building (loud footsteps above), aside from those minor issues, a comfortable relatively quiet and CLEAN place to stay. Staff is great.

They didn't have cups to serve coffee. I asked for a hair dryer and they didn't have it. They said those requests were ready in the morning only.
