A beautifully remodeled coastal contemporary villa features 2 full bedrooms (one king, one queen) and 2 full baths, and a great room with an expansive kitchen and dining area and along side the living room. Have your coffee outside on the lainai or take it to the beach, a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive away. Cook on the grille at night or WALK to any of the 7 bars and/ or restaurants on Manasota Key or take advantage of the free Island shuttle service.
