Beautiful Duplex

Beautifully decorated and clean in a quiet neighborhood. The patio area and canal in the backyard were great places to watch the sunrise. Host was very responsive. Central location near many beaches and islands. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the second time in a year that we have rented this home. It is so well kept, clean and supplies wirh all you need for a trip to the beach. The host is very attentive to any issues that might pop up, dealing with them that day. I would highly recommend this home and host.

Florida Get away

We spent a week here so we could visit beaches etc while we stayed in Florida for the winter. Everything was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked and the size of the unit was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful accomadation

The unit was spacious, clean and well stocked with all you need. Location is a short distance to beaches such as Boca Grande, Englewood and Venice beach. A bit longer distance to Siesta Key yet worth the drive. (45 minutes) The golf courses in Rotonda are very nice and just a few minutes from this location. This is also a nice neighborhood for walking. Highly recommend this condo and location.

Outstanding, the home is basically new. Wonderfully decorated, very clean and all consumables provided, paper products, soaps, dishwasher pods, detergents etc… The host provided the best experience I’ve had with a VRBO stay. I’ve been at several VRBO stays and all have been great, this one is number one.

Cute and comfy cabin

We unexpectedly had to arrive early and Anne was wonderful helping with that. The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. She even left a small basket of goodies for our fur baby. Beds were comfortable. Very accommodating. Would recommend if you’re looking for something affordable with a great view and lovely hosts. We will be staying again when we come back to Tennessee!

On the way to our new home

Our friends joined us to help us move to Florida. We stayed in this VRBO until we could move into our new home. The home was very nice and clean and decorated beautifully. Never found the remote for the master bedroom tv and the lock on the front door was kind of wonky but overall or stay was very nice.

Stayed with family. Got thumbs up from my teens, which is rare. We all had a great time. Property is well maintained. Right next to the beach. Great amenities, just as advertised. Woke up early to watch sunrise- which was a highlight. Highly recommend it.
