Welcome to this lovely bungalow in Bolivar Peninsula. This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a queen futon, and full size appliances, perfect for a small group of guests. (2-4) With amenities like AC, iron, and heating, internet so you'll feel right at home. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower to start your day and full size washer/dryer. Huge Upper Deck with amazing views, and close to the beach. Outdoor shower and fenced in yard. We think our place will help you experience everything Bolivar Peninsula has to offer.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock box code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in. please do not lock the front door from the inside.
No smoking, no pets left without being kenneled and no pets allowed on the furniture. Must pick up all pet poop.
Please review the instructions that are inside in the guest book for more details.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
