Great location right on the beach for 3 couples over NYE. Comfy beds. Cargo lift very much appreciated for this over 70 crowd. We added a few Dollar General items to the kitchen, and the cabinet doors would benefit from hinge repair, but overall we had a great time.

Pros: The location with regard to proximity and view is fantastic. The check in process was easy, bedrooms were as expected & comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Cons - The outdoor photo is misleading- there is no trail that goes directly to the beach, and walking across the dunes is not permitted. Therefore, you have to walk around the dunes to the public access point. This is not a huge deal, but for the price paid, it would have been just as good to save the and rent something in the second row with a good view. The lift remote was missing. After notifying the management company, it was still not resolved during our stay. So we had to schlepp all of our belongings up several flights of stairs. Not a huge deal for us - but if it had been others who needed the lift, this would have been awful. No extra garbage bags were provided, and it is required to get all of the garbage bags out, so that wasn’t great. We had to improvise. No paper towels provided - glad I always bring my own! There is 1 extra roll of TP in each bathroom, but it is extremely cheap stuff. No fun there. The towels provided with the service are adequate but just cheap towels. The indoor furniture is very basic and worn out. The outdoor lounger chairs are very worn. The dingy replacement cushions help with function, but are just dirty and worn also. Overall, it was okay, but 100% not worth the price tag in my opinion. I expected a little more at this price point.
