-ELEVATED BEACHFRONT HOME
Like many elevated Gulf Coast homes, the house may gently sway during strong winds. This is normal and part of the home’s engineered design.

Karma Beach House is located directly on the beach in peaceful, laid-back Gilchrist on the Bolivar Peninsula.

The Gulf is only steps from the home, so there is no need to drive elsewhere for beach access. Simply grab the provided towels, wagon, umbrella, and chairs, then follow the private path straight to the sand.

The ferry is approximately 30 minutes from the house.
Ferry wait times can range from one hour to several hours during summer weekends, holidays, and other busy periods. Please plan accordingly when traveling to Galveston Island.
