Prime centrally located in Crystal Beach location steps from The Zoo beach access. Wake up to the sound of waves while having your morning coffee then walk straight to the sand. This charming 3BR 2BA cabin combines cozy character with modern comfort: plush mattresses, a well maintained space with plenty of heart. Whether it`s a family getaway or a weekend retreat, this beach escape has everything you need.
House Rules (Please Read Before Booking)
• Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay.
• No early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedule.
If you have an emergency call 911.
I`m free for quieries or concerns Monday through Friday 9am-7pm.
Humidity & A/C
• Keep doors and windows closed at all times (except emergencies).
• Opening them may shut off the A/C and can cause damage.
• Violations may result in a $225 fee + any damages.
• Thermostat cannot be set below 71°F.

Pets
• Pets are welcome, but must stay off furniture.
• Please rinse and dry pets and yourselves after the beach before entering.

Smoking & Safety
• No smoking inside or on decks.
• No fires, flames, or fireworks on decks (INCLUDING BBQ PITS)
• Any damage will be charged at full replacement cost.

Septic System
• Toilet paper only—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.
• Damage will result in repair/replacement charges.

Occupancy & ID
• Max 12 guests. No unregistered visitors.
• ID may be required and must match the reservation.

Before Checkout
• Rinse off after the beach before entering.
• Leave used beds unmade.
• Bag all trash (no loose garbage).
