Beach Front Home, Huge Deck, Sleeps 12

Beach Front 4 bed 2 bath plus outdoor shower, with a huge 1600 square foot deck. Comfortably sleeps 12. Just minutes from Water Slides, Grocery Store, shopping, and multiple restaurants. Free High speed internet. Home hosts large groups with ease. The living and kitchen areas are open and bright with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean with a wall of windows. We love to watch our family enjoying the beach from the deck, and can yell for them when time to come back. We love to cook at the beach, so the Kitchen is set with dishes, pots, silverware, cooking utensils, baking utensils, Keurig and standard drip coffee pot, toaster and crockpot. New appliances as of September 2021. Living room has plenty of seating for all! 3 sofas, 1 love seat, 2 oversized chairs and a rocking recliner, 60" smart flat screen TV with tons of streaming options. Master bedroom has a king bed, wall mounted Smart TV and large attached bathroom. Bed 2 and 3 both have queen beds and smart TV’s, bed 4 has two twin over full solid wood custom built bunk beds and a Smart TV. Home has a whole home dehumidifier, as well as new ac system. The 1,500sqft HUGE deck has a large picnic table, 6 counter height deck chairs with table. Perfect for morning coffee, sunning, kites, and watching the stars at night. Downstairs features full concrete under home area, an outdoor shower to clean up after coming in from the beach, and a foot wash at the base of the stairs. Charcoal barbecue pit available, but bring your own if you plan to have an extensive BBQ. Plenty space for parking is available under the house and on adjacent lot.

Beach trip with the family

House was in an excellent location. The house needs some repairs and furniture needs to be updated. It didn’t affect our stay. We still enjoyed the house and enjoyed our vacation. The house was clean and was well stocked. Would’ve liked to had more cabinet and closet space for our belongings but we made it work.

A wonderful place to gather family and friends for the 4th of July

This property is in a perfect location. I mean it is a few feet from the beach. The porch is huge with front row views of gulf . The house is well maintained with nice stainless steel appliances and the host thoughy of all the little things that people often forget (hair ties, makeup wipes, floss, etc.). We had 10 people staying in the house and wveryone had plenty of room. Rhe master bed/bath were especially nice with a lot of room. I appreciated the fans provided in every room although the av wirjed wonderfully. Basically this is a great place to stay that won't leave you wishing you'd selected another place instead. The location can't be beat and the house is very thoughtfully set up for your comfort.

Wonderful Family Vacay

Perfect for families

We loved this property! We brought our 4, 3, and 18month old kids. The deck was awesome, the fans in each room were great, and the kitchen was well stocked! We hope to stay again next year! Highly recommend for families!

Weekend was wonderful!

fantastic time in Bolivar

We needed a place to gather family to celebrate an 80th birthday. This spot was absolutely perfect - plenty of space to spread out. Exactly as described on the website. Highly recommend to anyone planning a big group in Galveston.

Great Stay!

This beautiful beachfront property did not disappoint! It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Very clean, spacious living room with seating for the entire family. The Open floor plan made it so easy to entertain everyone. We are looking forward to booking it again for next family gathering.

Water house

My friends and I had a blast staying at the property. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. The deck was the best part being right on the beach. Would 10/10 recommend the place.

Great vacation

We had the best time, house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved setting on the deck when we were not on the beach. The only this bad I have to say is they need to replace the kitchen chairs. Other then that it was fantastic.

Tranquility

Loved our stay at this breathtaking property. Weather was perfect for us and we enjoyed sitting on deck watching the waves of the Gulf. Nice breeze on a hot day but temperature did not feel unbearable in shade. Spent Saturday on beach which was a very short walk. A friend let us use his golf cart which made it easy for us to take or chairs, Tents and coolers. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect and the view was spectacular. The host was always responsive to questions. The only issue we had was navigating the ferry. Apparently, the ferry service was down to a few boats so we frequently had to wait up to 2 hours to get to the island.

Beautiful Waterfront House

Well worth the money! Excellent views, gorgeous property, and very spacey and comfortable living quarters. The updates to the house are spot on! The beds are comfy and the bamboo pillows are to not go unnoticed. As a matter of fact, I’m ordering a pair for our bed. This is property is perfect and a must stay!

Fun Vaca

We had a nice family vacation here on Crystal Beach. Comfy home with lots of seating and room for 10-12. The beach is quite with room to have your spot. Kitchen is fully stocked do bring extra towels. Bring your own beach supplies none are provided. Some of the kitchen equipment is a little used but we made do. Get in before sundown those mosquitoes are no joke!

Second time staying at this house

This was our second year renting The Waterhouse and we hope to make it an annual event. The house is spacious and the deck allows us all to spread out. We loved hanging out on the deck watching the sunrise and waves. The house is just a short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower helps rinse all the sand off before hanging out on the deck. My whole family loves this house and we look forward to going back. Owners are very easy to communicate with. 10/10!!

Easy access to the beach

We had a good time at this beach cabin. Stayed sep 14-17 3 storms came in we still had power there. No problems with anything. Beach front views sun rise and sun sets were amazing to watch. Good neighborhood to rent in oneday ill return again. I appreciate the stay. More like a contractors retreat that i paid for workers to enjoy with family but all friends Easy communication with the owner

Great location. Awesome property

We really enjoyed our stay the past weekend. We had plenty of room and the porch was awesome. I do not think we will ever rent another place without a cargo lift. WONDERFUL. 2 minor issues were that the AC struggled some specifically in the master bedroom. There could be more shade on the upstairs porch, again minors issues. We would definitely rent this place again.
