Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Excellent view of the ocean. The condo was reasonably priced and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. Remember to bring your own toiletries. Our dogs enjoyed the condo too; a fenced-in yard was a make-or-break for us. This property has a lift, so getting your luggage or groceries up & down is super easy. Also, checkout procedures were very simple.Plenty of dining options are nearby; the best grocery store around is also an Ace Hardware. And don't forget to rent a golf cart! The management company was friendly and easy to work with. One thing that caught me off guard was the lack of an e-signature process for their rental agreement. Also, picking up the key at the office vs. having an on-site solution (keypad entry, for example) was unexpected.
