Free WIfi availability is being mentioned, but the wifi is available only in the reception and not in the rooms. this was one negative point when we checked into the hotel. Food available at the restaurant was good but can be better.

Dear Sir, It was our pleasure that we got the opportunity to serve you. Regarding WiFi, the sole provider for Broadband in this islands is BSNL, and the speed they give is very low, so it becomes impossible to provide the same in the rooms to so many guest using at the same time. Good location. Room was clean, we did find a large cockroach in the bedroom, but what can you expect when staying in an island

beds need to be deep cleaned regularly and have mo
wifi doesnt work in room to use you have to go at reception whats the point of wifi then also beds had bed bugs or mosquitoes in room hotel needs to deep clean their beds regularly and have mosquito killing device

Kindly be assured that we have treated your feedback about the mosquito or bed bug with utmost seriousness to ensure that corrective measures are taken. For your information we have never got any complaints regarding bed bugs, but mosquites mite be their if windows are kept open during evening time due to tropical climate. And regarding Wifi, its only provided by BSNL in these islands and the speed provided by then is 512 kbps, but in actual we receive below 100 kbps, so with such a low speed its practically not possible to provide wifi in the rooms with so many users. Its the same condition in all the places in Andaman. Still we regret the inconvenience caused to you. Looking forward to serving you again for a better experience. Regards

Horrible room service. The staff came to clean the room after calling them 5 times. Water leaking from commode but staff didn't care to look after it. Very por service.

Prijemny hotel
Prijemny a ochotny personal. Super pomer cena-vykon. Wifi internet fungoval hlavne na recepcii. Izby boli celkom vkusne zariadene. Vyuzili sme ho na jednu noc, nakolko dalsie dni sme stravili na ostrove Havelock. Vrelo odporucam
