Lake Breeze Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage situated in the heart of downtown Port Austin. You are within walking distance from everything they have to offer.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed (sleeps 3) and a twin bed.
The kitchen is a fully stocked and ready to use with pots and pan, plates, bowls cups, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more. It also has a dish washer! Other amenities include a washer/dryer, cable, internet and DVD player. You could bring or rent canoes/kayaks to enjoy the crystal clear waters of Lake Huron!!
Take some time for yourselves in quiet, peaceful downtown Port Austin.

Family vacation four nights

Well pleased with the property and location. The cottage was the most stocked with supplies I’ve ever stayed in. Lake Huron is visible from the side deck and everything in Port Austin is walkable or a very quick drive to get there. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

Deer hunt getaway

Comfortable home away from home. Large kitchen with full fridge to process and freeze our venison. Comfy couches to watch tv in the evenings. Floors were recently updated along with tv service…no more dish.

Awsome cottage for family vacation!

Sea Breeze Cottage is our annual go to place for the entire family. The cottage is exceptional! It is very clean, roomy, and the amenities make life very convenient. Close to the beach and town. So nice to be able to walk into town and the beach, and end the evening with camp fire in the back yard. Already looking forward to next year.

Pt Austin beach trip

Great spot. Think we left it as we found it. Towels washed and put away. Bed stripped and sheets washed and in dryer. Dishwasher ran. Only problem was trying to get front door key back together.

Anniversary Weekend (33)

Loved all aspects of this property. Location. Neighborhood. Peaceful. One thing I was not a big fan of is no smoking on the property. Had to sit in the vehicle or walk walk walk to enjoy a cigarette. Highly Recommended

This house was super clean and extremely well stocked (an unusually high attention to the smallest detail) with whatever you might need to make your stay care free. It has a great vibe and is a short walking distance to swimming and a short drive (about 10 minutes) to a beautiful State Park with trails and a few miles of gorgeous Pure Michigan shoreline. The host is a quick and clear communicator. Port Austin is a great place to visit far from the crowds. We recommend driving the route along the shore back to metro Detroit as well. Also great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Gun opener deer hunt

I was glad to see outside improvements of cement driveway, garage, outdoor fire pit with lots of firewood. Looked like a new propane four burner grill and a kettle charcoal barbecue. Due to long hours out in the field hunting, we enjoyed indoor full kitchen amenities, comfortable clean beds, and updated TV Service. I even recorded a Hallmark while guys watched a program they wanted. Back to kitchen… the two frying pans were new and nonstick. I forgot to pack the mustard and ketchup, but there was left behinds available to use. The washer and dryer is a plus when hunting warm weather and needing to keep scent free. Liked the covered side porch to air out our clothes and boots. The freezer quickly froze our processed venison. Everything worked fine with plenty of hot water. Other than a rubber spatula I could not find…we needed nothing. We liked the quiet residential neighborhood with no traffic. The owner immediately got back to us when we inquired about the location of an extra key.

We had a nice stay there, close to the beach which the kids loved. Had a campfire for the kids one night. Close to town only thing is the kids thought the bunk beds where hard, so they just slept on the couch. But the house was clean and had what we needed. We would stay again. Thanks

Very clean and convenient to the wedding venue. The host is quick to respond to any questions. Their entry keypad needs updating but we could get it to work after a few tries. Lots of spices and condiments there that is very helpful.
