"The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

"The room was comfortable and the breakfast terrace was a great way to start the day. The location is great, a short 5 minute walk into the main port area. I do recommend taking them up on their transfer offer to the port, I booked my own cab and it was 3x the price. "The hotel is clean and has good decor but it is in an undeveloped area and is overpriced. We paid the same for a 4 star hotel in Ortigia which had a bigger room and proper restaurant. To get to the main Lipari town you need to get on a local bus which takes about 15 minutes. The area is a bit run down with no decent restaurants. The wifi didn't work in our room during the evening. Other people were more fortunate. We must have been in a black spot. The staff didn't help with this...

"The hotel is very boutique. Staff picker my wife and I up at the port and brought us inside the hotel. They were nice enough to upgrade our room to one of the better sweets for our honeymoon. Complementary breakfast was delicious with homemade cake and granita. Staff was incredibly accommodating and were happy to help with caring bags and providing recommendations. This hotel and island is a very special place. The staff also brought us back to port to catch our catamaran back to Sicily. Super sweet people. Also the pool was very clean and the hotel is walking distance from the town. 10/10 recommendation."
