Things do change daily if not every other hour at our property, and the best thing we can do is accommodate a guest with a room and not have to cancel their reservation(s) and send them on a hotel hunt when we cannot honor their room type. I hate that you do not wish to give us another chance; however, if we can suggest you give one of our sister properties a try when in the area, those will be Hawthorn by Wyndham and La Quinta by Wyndham, which sits next door to us and offer the same room types but more, since we are smaller than them and only offer two room types.
