The room is ran down and not very clean. missing tiles broken slider door broken closet. No rack for Hanging wet clothing.

Room was kept clean and towels well provided. We requested a change in room upgrade because the Superior King was too small and time worn. The aircon unit was really loud but we managed to sleep through it because we were always exhausted at the end of the day. But the positive things about this place made up for the downside of this property. The staff were all nice/friendly and quickly responded to our requests. They offer a good continental free breakfast and let you borrow beach towels. They also offer live music in the evening which sets the mood for relaxation in their lawn garden. If you like simple reasonable accommodations with a homey ambience, this is a good place to stay.

The Sheraton had an amazing staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. We had a spacious room with a full ocean view. The balconies aren’t very large, so if you’re the person by the wall you’ll only get a pool view. There are two washers and dryers on site, only one of each works and they’re on different floors. They have bikes to rent which is a great option to explore the town. Please make sure you’re comfortable with your bike before leaving the resort.

Overall for a local resident the staff fill my needs. However, the room was dirty and even after I requested a clean the cleaning crew still didn't did the issue I had found. There was someone's dark hair still I. The bathroom and shower and they didn't clean it after I had requested a room clean. Told me the cleaning was not really any good. Sad experience

The hotel was impeccably clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. Excellent historic character. If I ever return to Kauai I would stay there again without hesitation.
