"Beautiful property in a gorgeous location. The rooms were modern yet cozy, and felt higher end. The whole property was very clean and safe. Staff was phenomenal. They checked in with us ahead of our trip, again once we arrived and then again after check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very friendly and helpful. We stayed during the winter so the price was so good, especially considering what we got. I have stayed at a few other hotel in Port Alberni due to kids sports and this blew the others away both with quality and then price. It was about 15 minutes out of town but honestly it made it quiet and safer. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. "
