"Travelled to Florence for my wifes 50th birthday. To make it special, i wanted to make sure the hotel was right. The hotel did not disappoint - immaculately clean, staff very helpful and chevk in easy. Beautiful room which had a view of the city.
Breakfast was equally of a high standard with a great variety of options available. Staff again, were extremely attentive.
We booked a 50 min slot in the spa - very n8ce after travelling. Only complaint here is the hot tub could have been hotter!

"It was perfect. Great location. Spacious and very clean room. Excellent service from all staff members. Within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio, shops, Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. Lots of thanks to Frederico, Diego, Ida and Carolina. We had a fabulous dinner at Trattoria Tito and other nearby restaurants under 7mins walk from Ruby Bea. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Excellent English skills plus willing to assist like booking a cab, holding our packages and available to answer our questions.
