    Located in Porlezza on Lake Lugano, the 2nd floor apartment is situated within the main Palazzo of Porto Letizia. Within the main 4-storey Palazzo, guests will find an on-site reception, a stylish café bar and contemporary Panama Italian restaurant. Please note that the bar and restaurant are located on the ground floor. The shared family-friendly park features meandering footpaths, a communal beach with SUP and watersport hire, 2 children’s play areas. During the months of July and August there is also a kids’ entertainment program.

    From the resort’s central location along ‘Via Prati’, guests will easily be able to reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza (2-5 minutes’ walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss Lakes, the resort is within easy driving distance from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque small city of Menaggio on Lake Como (22-28 minutes’ drive away).

Not at all what we expected

This property does NOT match what the Vrbo pictures show. It appears the property pictures are from a brochure and are not current. It is a run down property in a run down part of town. The towels were thread-bare, smoke detector was taped to the ceiling, table on terrace was only a base. We rented for a week and left after one night.
