"It was a quiet and comfortable property. The staff were lovely - lots of Christmas activites while we were there and we we always included. We enjoyed the padel and tennis courts. "

Inwas asked on the first day if I wanted to join a "special dinner" for €10 made by one of the workers. After seeing the kitchen I couldn't have brought myself to eat anything cooked in there. "

"Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car. The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing."

"Hotel was beautiful. Excellent facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice but we did have a disappointing [and expensive] meal in La Parilla restaurant. The quality was nowhere near that which would be expected of a 5 star hotel."

"We stayed one week with our 16 year old son. On check it we were asked to pay an invoice of nearly 3,000 euros even though we had paid months earlier. This also happened to us in July at Barceló Mexico. They phoned us later to confirm the bill had been paid but we did not need that stress! Room was clean but no tissues and mini bar not re stocked even with water, you have to pre book breakfast and dinner every day using the app which is a pain. Bed comfortable and good shower, clean towels...
