Staff was very accommodating & pleasant. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. I did have a lot of unplugged wiring in my room & lights by bed were burned out. Except for those items, my stay was great.

Traditional hotel in central location

I chose this place much because it is also a pick-up place for Hertz rental cars. From railway and bus station about 10 min walk. A bit old-fashioned but well maintained. There are electric outlets, but not easily accessible by desk or bed. There was a fridge in the room. The reception was closed when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, but self check-in by codes worked fine. Proper breakfast, including hot courses.

The checking was the worst I have experienced in maybe 10 years. The lack of correct information and absence from answering the phone (Hotel or Securitas), the message "ALL LINES ARE BUSY" For at least 20 minutes or more. Luckily I come to speak with another guest that knew that this hotel has two buildings, one across the park, there it turned out my room was located. I wouldn't have found it alone. When I finally got through and someone picked up in the other end I could get the information about breakfast. Talking to the hotel afterwards didn't get anything in return. Usually yoi get a free night or something when the hotel fail with something. Very poor service!
