The property is available for couples, families, and others seeking a peaceful holiday. It is not rented to groups composed of individuals under 25 years old.

The villa has underfloor heating (geothermal) and mechanical ventilation. Good pathways to the lakeshore.

There is also an old lakeside sauna on the property, available for use (wood-burning stove and cauldron, dressing room, water carried in).

A hot tub is available for rent from the owner, €150 per booking, payable on site. Note: The hot tub is not available during freezing temperatures. Please inquire about availability from the owner in advance.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.

Electric car charging available; 11 kW charger (Type 2) with plug. Payment on site according to the amount indicated by the charger (€0.20 / kWh) in cash, via MobilePay, or bank transfer.
