In the hamlet Jasenovica 7 km from the centre of Poreč, 7 km from the centre of Vrsar, in a sunny position, 4.2 km from the sea, 4.2 km from the beach. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Bus stop 5.6 km. Tennis 7 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: aquapark 5 km, amusement park 8 km. Please note: suitable for families. Airfield 36 km from the property.
