Ich bedauere es sehr, aber sowohl der Service als auch das Personal entsprachen nicht unseren Erwartungen. Zunächst wurden uns zusätzliche Gebühren für unseren Sohn in Rechnung gestellt, die wir beglichen haben. Darüber hinaus beschädigte das Reinigungspersonal einen persönlichen Gegenstand. Trotz Abgabe an der Rezeption wurde keine adäquate Lösung gefunden. Dies war unser letzter Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hause.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war überragend, vor allem Roberto hat uns hier „verwöhnt“ + 15 Minuten bis Porec + viele Parkplätze + Ladestationen E-Auto + tolle Poollandschaft + Zimmerreinigung, täglich neue Handtücher + Essens-auswahl und Qualität + Sensationelle Backwaren und Desserts + Freundliches Personal + Deutsch wurde ordentlich, Englisch gut gesprochen + Modernes Hotel, tolle Klimaanlage + Betten sehr bequem + zusätzliche Badetücher direkt am Pool Tipps: - Trinkwasser zum Zähneputzen verwenden (gechlort) - Kaffee am Automaten selber ziehen - Liegen am Pool werden leider reserviert, am besten direkt nach dem Frühstück hingehen - Abendessen entweder direkt um 18 Uhr besuchen oder ab 19:30 Uhr - Frühstück zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr besuchen

Top Anlage. Leider viele Handtuchreservierer am Pool während unseres Aufenthalts, Plätze am Pool gab es dann nur abseits. Meer direkt vor der Tür, alles super sauber. Beim Essen war stets reger Andrang, einen Platz hat man aber immer bekommen. Als Vegetarier fand ich die Käse Auswahl am Morgen recht mager (1 Sorte). Die Anlage ist zu empfehlen!

Wir waren zum zweiten mal hier und sind begeistert. Zu Hochzeiten kann es schon mal im Speisesaal und der Lobby laut sein. Das Abendessen ist absolut abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück könnte besser sein. Aber das ist schon klagen auf hohem Niveau. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder…

Hotel ben recensito scelto dalle mie "amiche della macchina". In generale tutto ok. Bella struttura, buona pulizia, stanze ampie, posto tranquillo. Purtroppo il cibo nn era assolutamente da 4 stelle (croato). Quasi assenti i dolci, i formaggi e i salumi. Segnalo inoltre di accedere al reparto ristorazione con felpe perché utilizzo sproporzionato di aria condizionata. Sauna e palestra graditi.

Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Handtücher werden auf Wunsch täglich gewechselt und auch die Betten werden alle paar Tage frische bezogen. Der Zimmerservice war gut. Die Speiseauswahl ist gut. An den Buffets ist leider zu den Stoßzeiten etwas Gedränge. Später ist es ruhiger aber tlw. sind dann Speisen vergriffen oder nicht mehr warm. Die Pizzas werden aber ständig frisch zubereitet uns sind lecker. Leider katastrophal sind die Salz- und Pfefferstreuer, da kommt aufgrund der Luftfeuchte kaum was raus. Der Empfang spricht deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Am Pool ist es angenehm und das Wasser ist sehr sauber und erfrischend. Es waren immer genügend Parkplätze. E-Autos kann man kostenlos Laden. Die Meeresküste gegenüber dem Hotel ist leider betoniert. Da muss man etwas ausweichen wenn man Sand oder Kiesstrand möchte. Das Zentrum von Porec kann man in ca. 20 min zu Fuß erreichen. Wir waren viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und waren positiv über die Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung überrascht. Im Hotel steht auch ein Fahrradraum zur Verfügung. In Summe waren wir zufrieden und kommen mal wieder.

Másodszor voltunk itt a családdal.Kitűnő szálloda,kedves személyzet,nagyon ügyelnek a tisztaságra is. Az ételek nagyszerűek,bőséges a választék.Sör,bor,pezsgő bent van az árban.A gyerekeknek is kiváló programok vannak,több medence,szórakozási lehetőség(ping-pong,csócsóasztal,játszótér....) A tenger pedig pár lépésnyire van.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Beim Nachliefern von Speisen könnte es etwas schneller gehen, mag aber am Saisonbeginn gelegen haben, dass noch nicht alles so eingespielt war. Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstücksgebäck wäre wünschenswert. Sehr viel Weissbrot.
