Super Urlaub
Unser Urlaub war super, der Empfang mit einem selbst gemachten Kuchen einfach super nett. Die Lage des Hauses ist spitze für Hundebesitzer zum Gassi gehen und für Unternehmungen ist man auch quasi fast mittendrin. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch muss man nicht lange fahren um im Zentrum zu sein.

Wunderbarer Urlaub und phantastischem Haus
Wir durften drei Wochen Urlaub in diesem großartigen Ferienhaus machen. Mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern und jeweils eigenem Bad schafft es genug Privatsphäre für alle Reisenden. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, alles ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die super freundlichen Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und kümmerten sich um die Pflege des Hauses und des Pools während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft persönlich mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen empfangen und durchs Haus geführt. Das Haus insgesamt hat eine gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind in knapp 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus, optimale Lage, freundliche Gastgeber!
Dieses Haus hält, was das Inserat verspricht! Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Meer und zu den attraktiven Städten Rovinj und Porec ist perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Ein erstes highlight war der selbstgemachte leckere Kuchen von Irena zur Begrüßung! Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in Kroatien
Tolles Haus mit Grundstück und Pool. Super nette Vermieter. Schöne Umgebung, passend für eine Reise mit Hunden. Haus war sehr schön eingerichtete und sehr sauber. Haben uns mit unseren Hunden super wohl gefühlt. Kann dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus und vorzügliche Gastgeber
Wir haben die Villa Aria für 2 Wochen im August besucht. Noch nie sind wir in einem Ferienhaus so herzlich empfangen und so fürsorglich betreut worden. Irena und ihre Familie sind an Gastfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen! Der Pool wurde 2x pro Woche gereinigt. Es wurde gefragt, ob wir während unseres Aufenthaltes frische Pool-, Handtücher und/oder Bettwäsche benötigen. Bereits bei Ankunft erwarteten uns kleine Leckereien im Kühlschrank und frisches Obst auf dem Küchentisch. Irena stand für eventuelle Rückfragen, Tipps und Anliegen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat drei gleich große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils direkt angeschlossenem Badezimmer. Außerdem ein separates Gäste WC und eine super ausgestattete Wohnküche. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und an den Fenstern gibt es Fliegengitter. Klasse!! Der Pool ist herrlich groß und es gibt sogar eine Außendusche direkt am Pool. Die Terrasse ist großzügig und 6 Liegestühle sowie 2 Sonnenschirme laden zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Kinder haben sich besonders über das Trampolin gefreut. Das komplette, sehr große Grundstück ist vollständig eingezäunt. 2 Autos finden direkt auf dem Grundstück Platz. Im Haus gibt es W-LAN, das stets einwandfrei funktionierte. Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Schönes Häuschen! Gerne wieder!
Meine Familie und ich (7 Personen) haben das Haus lieb gewonnen. Es ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und sauber. Der große Pool macht richtig Spaß! Besonders beeindruck waren wir von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber vor Ort. Es war ein toller Urlaub! Eine Empfehlung für alle die Ruhe und Privatsphäre im Urlaub genießen wollen. Vielen Dank!

Ruhige Lage optimal für Familien
Das Haus ist modern Ausgestattet und man fühlte sich wohl,auf persönliche Wünsche wurde direkt reagiert. An 2 Tagen war durch Bauarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück starker Lärm was aber für alle 8 Personen durch einen Besuch im Aquapark an 1 dieser Tage entschädigt wurde was ich sehr zu schätzen wusste und nicht selbstverständlich ist. Gegenüber letztem Jahr wurden Fliegengitter und im Oberen Stock 2 Klimaanlagen zusätzlich Ausgestattet,für die Kinder war auch ein Trampolin gestellt. Es gab zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank etwas Essen und Wasser und zwischendurch Wein und selbstgemachten Kuchen. Das Fazit ist absolut Positiv und ich kann es nur empfehlen hier seinen Urlaub zu genießen.

Wohlfühlurlaub in einem schönen Haus
Unsere 4- köpfige Familie hat 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Aria verbracht. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, so das sich selbst unsere Teenager nicht in die Quere kamen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Haus und Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich kann dieses Haus jedem empfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir waren für eine Woche (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) im Haus von Irena und ihrer Familie. Das Objekt ist wirklich genau so, wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. War alles hervorragend und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit Irena war sehr herzlich und wir würden mit vielen istrischen Spezialitäten verwöhnt. Das Objekt ist eine absolute Mietempfehlung.
