Welcome to our barrier-free 60-sqm holiday apartment with terrace and garden in Porec.
Our beautiful apartment complex is located in Porec. It is an excellent base for enjoyable activities in this great region. For culinary or oenological oriented people, the district in the southern wine route represents the purest paradise. Wineries without end and great restaurants on the coast and inland Istria are looking forward to seeing you. And if you want to be physically active between all the pleasures, then beautiful hiking trails and cycling trails in the vineyards and Kustenentlang beckon.
Just try it! We offer you a very good place to stay. Our apartment has room for two to five people, is completely renovated and has a private entrance and a beautiful terrace with access to the garden. It is well equipped, so that you can feel completely comfortable.

Der Vermieter hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Wünsche und hat sich sofort gekümmert. Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch günstig und doch sehr ruhig. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Prima vakantiehuisje voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Netjes en schoon, familiair en super gastvrij. Voordeel dicht bij meerdere supermarkten en uitvalwegen om dagtripjes te kunnen maken. Wel noodzakelijk om eigen vervoer te hebben. Wat wij gemist hebben is het aanbieden van schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Daarnaast wordt op de site niet vermeld dat de airco apart na het verblijf in rekening wordt gebracht en niet inclusief is. Verder een prima vakantie gehad!

Beautiful home from home

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Residence Lorena. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the outdoor pool area was lovely with plenty of space for all guests. Lorena was a very helpful and friendly host, we would be happy to return in the future.

... anders kann man es nicht sagen. Freundliche Vermieter die für alles ein offenes Ohr haben, eine saubere und komplett ausgestattete Unterkunft - was will man mehr. Um das Lob komplett zu machen, es war unser zweiter Beduch bei Familie Golob. Das dürfte wohl auch für sich sprechen. Und ja, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit renovierten Bungalows

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lorena ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Unser Bungalow war frisch renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber wie die ganze Anlage inklusive Pool. Ein großer Dank für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub!

Bestimmt werden wir in Kroatien immer wieder zum “Lorena“ !

Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, super schönes modernes Haus, tolle Lage. Strand ist in ca 5-10min mit Auto erreichbar, die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar, schöner weg am Meer und am Hafen entlang.

moderne, tolle Wohnung

Unsere Wohnung ist komplett frisch renoviert, geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingrichtet. Die Wohnung sowie die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr ordentlich. Die Anlage liegt am Stadtrand, sie befindet sich in der Nähe dreier großer Supermärkte. Zum Strand muss man etwa 10 min fahren, dafür gabs beim Schnorcheln viel zu sehen. WLAN gibt es, aber nur für ein Gerät. Sehr gut geeignete Anlage, wenn man mit befreundeten Familien verreist und Stadtnähe mag. Unseren Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen, uns auch! Preis-Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung.

Modern apartement in een rustige omgeving

Twee weken in Residence Lorena verbleven. Moderne inrichting. Horren voor alle ramen en airco aanwezig. De bedden waren goed. Eigen terras onder veranda. Wifi toegankelijk voor 1 persoon per keer; dus wel snelle verbinding. Zwembad is heerlijk om in af te koelen met voldoende ligbedden en schaduw. Residence Lorena bevindt zich ruim van het centrum van Porec af dus voldoende rust, maar wil je meer vertier dan ben je er ook zo! We hebben het heerlijk gehad!

War ein schöner Urlaub

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal in Kroatien und es hat uns viel besser gefallen als das erste Mal weil wir die Residenz Lorena in porec gefunden hatten. Der Bungalow war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht unser Vermieter war für jede Frage zur Stelle und hat uns weiter geholfen. Also wir können Sie nur weiter empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr denn wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Urlaub bei Familie Golob. Vom feinsten.

Wir haben im Juli 2017 einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Familie Golob in der FeWo Nr. 10 Rosmarin verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön . Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Und wenn tatsächlich was gefehlt hat (Eierbecher), war Alfredo oder seine Tochter sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wussten das wir mit unseren Vermietern immer verlässliche Partner im Rücken hatten. Die Anlage wurde täglich gepflegt, so das man diesen Urlaub unbeschwert genießen konnte. Auch die Poolanlage mit integriertem Whirlpool war super. Aussendusche und Liegen waren ´vorhanden. Der Begrüßungswein und das Eis, das wir von Lorena bekommen haben war äußerst lecker. Danke nochmal an Famile Golob. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub nur zu empfehlen

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und sehr sauber . Es ist eine tolle Anlage Vor allem für Kinder . Wir sind mit 3 Kinder angereist im alte von 2-11 Jahre und ich würde immer wieder hier her kommen .

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub bei Familie Golob

Wir fanden einen schönen Bungalow vor, der mit allem ausgestattet war. Er war wie in den online Angaben beschrieben. Der Zustand war ordentlich und sauber. Die Familie Golob war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch Sie, fühlten wir uns gut betreut. Jederzeit würden wir dieses Feriendomizil Freunden weiterempfehlen. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort.

Wunderschön mit netten Gastgebern

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben unseren Urlaub, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (13/10) in dieser wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie war der ideale Ausganspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Wer gerne selbst entscheidet, wann er sich in den Trubel stürzt ist in dieser ruhigen Unterkunft bestens aufgehoben. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und die Flaniermeile von Porec sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nur, wer sein Auto im Urlaub nicht benutzen will, sollte sich für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden. Die Wohnung war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der teilweise belächelte Pool reicht völlig aus um sich nach einem Ausflug abzukühlen oder die Kinder zwischen Frühstück und Abfahrt zu beschäftigen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die freundliche Betreuung durch Herrn Golob, der für unsere Ausflüge, die besten Restaurants und die besten Badeplätze immer einen guten Rat hatte.

Optimale Lage!

Optimale Lage! Ruhig und trotzdem ist man in kürzester Zeit mitten im Trubel! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft (Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine), max. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Das Zentrum von Porec und auch die schönen Strände in der Umgebung kann man innerhalb von 10 minütiger Autofahrt erreichen. Die kleine Bungalow Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, Feigenbäume laden zum Naschen ein. Der Salzwasser-Pool ist sehr erfrischend und bietet genug Platz für alle Feriengäste, so dass man nicht zwingend jeden Tag ans Meer fahren muss, um sich abzukühlen! Der Bungalow selber ist funktional ausgestattet, optimal ist ein grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Staubsauger und nicht zu vergessen, die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Man hat genügend Privatsphäre, so dass man sich richtig entspannen kann! Fam. Golob steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man Hilfe benötigt oder Fragen hat, bleibt aber ansonsten im Hintergrund, sorgt mit kleinen (leckeren) Aufmerksamkeiten dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Als besondere Urlaubstipps können wir, 4-köpfige Familie (Kinder 6,8 Jahre alt) natürlich den Aquapark empfehlen und wer gerne Pizza mag, findet beim Stari Saloon in Porec bestimmt die richtige Pizzengrösse (XXXL-Pizza mit 1,20 m Durchmesser)! Ankommen - Wohlfühlen - Erholen - Hoffentlich wiederkommen! Fam. C.

Toller, großzügiger Bungalow in einem schönen Garten. Pool ausreichend und sehr gepflegt. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Strand und Innenstadt nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, allerdings Kaufland und Lidl in direkter Nähe.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben uns bei unserem Urlaub sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Bungalow war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Durch die Bepflanzung ist jeder Bungalow für sich. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool hat vor allem unseren Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Außerdem war auf dem Gelände auch genug Platz zum Fußball-, Federballspielen o.ä. Einziger "Wehmutstropfen": auch wenn die Stadtmitte von Porec fußläufig zu erreichen wäre, musste immer das Auto benutzt werden, da auf dem ersten Stück in die Stadt kein Fußweg neben der Straße herläuft. Für entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern sehr geeignet.

sehr schön

Wie auch bei unserem Urlaub im Sept. 2011 war es wieder sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und sauber. Alles entspricht den Angaben im Internet. Der Vermieter, Herr Golob ist sehr nett. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön ebenso wie die große Terrasse. In der Wohnung liegen einige Tipps bereit. Wir haben einiges davon ausprobiert (Restaurants) und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Anlage sehr zu empfehlen.

sehr schön

Wir waren bereits vor 2 Jahren im September dort und waren begeistert. Auch dieses Mal war es wieder sehr schön. Der Bungalow ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse wunderbar und der Vermieter sehr nett. Am Pool ist es auch sehr schön und die Anlage ist schön ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit weg vom Trubel. Absolut empfehlenswert.
