The modern holiday apartment is on the ground floor and has direct access to the green garden with palm trees and shady trees. A small oasis where you can leave everyday life behind.
The holiday apartment has 1 bedroom, is newly furnished and equipped with cooking and dining utensils.
The holiday apartment has satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning and parking in the courtyard of the house. The cozy barbecue area is also located by the communal pool in the garden. The heated pool is open for use from May to October.

Idyllic with pool, with lots of privacy. Our holiday home is located in Kukci, a suburb of Porec, 3 km from the beach and the town center. The holiday home Felix has 2 apartments and 3 bungalows. The property is attractive, well-kept and is located in a very quiet settlement. The accommodation units have a separate entrance and parking space from the house. A small shop with fresh bread rolls and other items, as well as the "Marina" restaurant, are nearby.
