The bright, comfortable semi-detached house on the ground floor offers a private entrance, a covered terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the green garden. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a cosy corner sofa and a divan bed. The fully equipped kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle invites you to prepare meals yourself.The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and mosquito net, the other with two single beds. A modern bathroom with shower, WC and window completes the accommodation.
