  • Recently renovated and fully equipped, this comfortable 65 m² apartment in Poppenhausen (Wasserkuppe) is perfect for up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms.



    The highlight is a luxurious wellness bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a spacious walk-in rain shower – all brand new. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ambient lighting, a large wardrobe, and direct access to the balcony with beautiful views of nature.



    The modern kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. For your comfort, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom, heating in all rooms, automatic ventilation, and electric shutters. Self check-in offers you maximum flexibility upon arrival.



    Relax on your private balcony after an active day in the Rhön. A parking space by the house and street parking are available. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. Final cleaning is included in the rental price – daily cleaning is not provided.



    Check-out: Please vacate the accommodation by 11:00 am at the latest. A late check-out requires additional staff for cleaning and preparing for the next guests, so an additional fee per case will be charged.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Pros: 🔴Balkon 🔴ruhige Lage 🔴geräumige Dusche Cons: Es sind eher Kleinigkeiten, die sich leicht verändern ließen: 🔴 Teekanne mit 1 l bis 2 l Volumen wäre nützlich 🔴 im kleinen Zimmer Haken oder schmaler Garderobenständer, um Kleidung aufzuhängen 🔴 im Bad mehr Haken 🔴kleiner Tipp: gleichfarbige Handtücher sehen zwar gut aus, aber unterschiedliche Farben erleichtern die Unterscheidung 🔴im großen Zimmer mehr Kleiderbügel im Schrank (war bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt kein Problem)

Sehr saubere kleine Wohnung mit einem gut ausgestattetem Bad

Pros: Sauberes und schönes Bad Cons: Bessere Beschreibung, was alles in der Küche bereits vorhanden ist (z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeefilter, Spülmittel, zwei Klopapierrollen, eine Küchenpapierrolle, Backpapier). Dann braucht man das nicht noch zusätzlich mitbringen/einkaufen.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Sehr nett und freundliche Kommunikation. Rund um hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage

Pros: Gemütliche Lage, nicht weit weg von der Wasserkuppe, sehr nette Vermieter ob Cons: Wünschenswert Radio, WLAN, Wohnungstür ☺️ ansonsten sehr gemütlich und für einen Kurzurlaub passend
